Weather has precluded application of the product; however, I've been billed $37.89 for the product that supposedly sold for $19.99 plus S&P ($27.94 total. Did not desire the Wipe Intense Restorer which was added to my order without my knowledge.

I don't understand some of the bad reviews? This really works well! Hey for 20.00 bucks I didn't have high expectations. But I was very happy with the results for the money. My son's jeep had a pretty good size dent in it and I really didn't want to deal with Bondo and sanding it down and then matching paint on a 2001 Cherokee. My first attempt I put it in the center of the dent and it popped off nothing happened (you get what you pay for) So I did the technic they suggested. 12/3/6/9. And the dent started to pull out. Yes I did have to do it about 10 times and still have about 4 more to do. However this, rather than a Body Shop for a couple hundred!!! Some people said it's hard to get the glue off well how do you expect it to hold if it doesn't? Just heat it with a heat gun or hair dryer and wipe off with a rag not a paper towel. Great product for the money it took me 2 hours to get my dent out well worth my time. Also don't use a lot of glue just cover the pad

Only works for very small, round dents. Any longer, streaky dents will not be fixed. Glue stuck onto car after pulling off. Not worth the time or effort. I want my 20$ back.

I tried this and was not very impressed. Namely the glue pads would not fit to the bridge to tighten and pull out the dent, screw needed to be much longer.

are there any reviews done on this product that are actually non-partisan about the results, anyone can put in a few words about something good with a name attached, not that these folks aren't real, it would just be a bit more easy on the ol mind and pocket book to see some impartial testing of this product,,, anyone know of such ,,

  7. On June 19, 2011  from KS wrote this review:

Pops a dent worked great!! I had a dent about the size of a softball at the bottom of my passenger front wheel right above the tire. Because the pad is only about the size of a quarter, it took a while to get the softball sized dent out but it popped right out. The package directed to use a clockwise motion for larger dents at 12, 3, 6, and 9 and continue to go in until it pops out. It took a little over two hours, but it was well worth it. It looks like brand new and I had no paint damage at all. Some have said that they weren't able to get glue sticks...here is a secret. It is just a regular hot glue stick. You can buy a package of them at Walmart for a few bucks! I had tried a plunger, dry ice, and a can of air and none of those worked, but this worked great and I'm a 20 year old girl so if I can do it, anyone can! I was very skeptical after reading many bad reviews, but I figured I'd give it a try and I'm glad I did!

Product worked like is said on the box, Perfect results. I had a large, deep crease where my girlfriend jack knifed a moving trailer on my suburban. I did spend about four hours and had to go buy more glue but it did pull the dent completely out. I also had a dent on the top of my suburban from a hail storm and again it pulled it right out. Since then I have pulled several door dents from my girlfriends mini van and so far its worked perfect. Well worth 20 bucks.

  9. On June 1, 2011  from MS wrote this review:

Customer service confirmed you "cannot" buy replacement glue sticks, and confirmed there is no available replacement that I could buy elsewhere. They confirmed I'd have to buy a whole new kit at $20 when the two glue stick run out! I worked on one dent, still not fully out, and used 1 and 1/2 sticks! How pitiful this is, when the glue gun and pullers are still fully useable yet useless to me because I can't get more glue sticks! And to think I'm going to continue to spend $20 on new kits just because I ran out of glue sticks! I recommend you research other products (Harbor Freight, etc) before buying this kit. Pitiful that consumers can't purchase additional glue sticks. That's why there is no mention of this fact anywhere on the box or their website.

This doesn't work at all I would have been happier with the dent and the 20 bucks than with the dent and down 35 I had to spend time and money repairing the damage this product caused, I gave it a chance and tried several different variations and tried ways people reportedly had success and every time a failure and more glue to clean off my car, I would love for it to have worked, but it seemed too good to be true. See for yourself if you want to waste money and kill time. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Had a 2x3" dent in my motorcycle tank from a fall over, I used as instructed, and it worked perfectly! Then started on door dings on three vehicles, worked as advertised! No problems except glue stuck to vehicles but peeled of and finished cleanup with alcohol. Pleased with overall results if used as instructed.

Worked ok the (BIG)dent is gone, but it is wavy. One of the glue pads broke on the forth pull, 1/2 came off the car, have stayed on with the glue. The stem broke off the other pad.

IT does not work. You might as well just take the pannel off and use a rubber mallet to fix it.

This works if you follow the directions and have an IQ above room temperature. If it's less than 70 degrees outside, use a hair dryer to heat the surface. Everyone who broke the strut obviously didn't follow the directions. Slow and steady. Turn the knob about 1/2 turn and wait about 30 seconds, then repeat. Expect to lose about 2-3 hours, depending on dent size. I'll take 3 lost hours over a $400 repair bill

Works like a charm when used along with enginuity! I had several large dents some containing creases. My buddy a skeptic of everything told me that i was going to have to take it to a body shop or else buy a lot of bondo and be prepared for a couple of long days. I proved him wrong! the trick to making this thing work is that when you put the glue on the end of the pull rod and stick it to the dent be sure to smear the glue back over the edges of the face of the pull rod. this allows the pull rod to maintain a stronger bond to the car. Also when doing deep dents turn the pull rod knob about 3 turns at a time and allow a couple of minutes between each set of turns. by doing this you allow the tension on the pull rod to slowly pull the dent out rather than simply yanking it away from the car. if you follow these steps when using this product you will see major results. i was able to fix the dents as well as the major creases in my car!

  23.   from PA wrote this review:

Tried this today the weather was dry at 70 degrees. Followed instructions. All 3 of my cars needed a shot. The 1st car (86 Mercedes 420SEL) had a very small, shallow door ding. There was some improvement after the 2nd try, but remains visible. The 2nd car(04 Neon SXT) had a dent on the back, shallow but about 2 x2" and there was only very slight improvement after 3 tries. The 3rd car(03 Chev Cavalier) had a smaller dent on the top of the fender, like a golf ball impact(?)It was 90% removed! So, I think it's very likely to result in at least some improvement if used properly.
