    I called to cancel my order. I did not receive the second order they said I received. And now light relief turned me into a collections. For a product I did not receive. Now What?

    I tried ordering one, but they put you through the ringer with "buy this buy that". I got fed up and said to cancel my order for one unit. The next day they had billed me for over $250.00. I have called twice and told them to cancel the order, but they are very rude and said too bad. I will refuse the order when it comes in and turn this over to my bank which I have already spoken to. Be very careful dealing with these people. I've check in with others and they also have had a bad experience with this company. BUYER BEWARE.

    I just got mine yesterday and I've been using it on my lower back (I got the large pad) I'm amazed. I didn't think it would help, but it does. And I love the fact that it also has a heating pad mode.

    Can't review product as I have not received it as yet but I can review their customer service. I called to cancel my order the very next morning after I ordered it because I got fed up with the endless additional special offers you had to go through just to order this one product. I was told I had to call back in 2 days as my order had not yet updated to their computer. When I called back in 2 days I was told that my order had already been processed for shipping and that I could not cancel it. I would have to return it after I received it. I also would be charged the shipping and handling. This made no sense at all since at the time I placed the order I was told it wouldn't ship for 3-4 weeks. He said that was true but since it had been "processed" for shipping he could not refund the shipping and handling and could not prevent the product from going out. Very shoddy customer service.

    My 80 year-old mother ordered two of these units, one for herself and one for a friend. The company charged her for 5 of them. She's since returned 4, but the credits have not been resolved. In fact, they've since charged her for another one. The customer service rep I spoke to kept giving me information disputed by the credit card charges. This item may work, but I would be careful ordering anything from this company.

    Well, I am glad it worked for someone, because it sure didn't help me or anyone in my family. Zip, zero, nada. However, on sending it back we received very courteous customer service and all was refunded.

    This is the best $ I've ever spent. I had heel pain and had relief. I was a skeptic, but since there was a guanantee, I ordered it. The instructions said not to expect any improvement for 2 weeks, but pain was diminished in only 4 days. By two weeks much improved, and at 3 weeks, walking normally. Truly amazing!
