I enjoy the look and sound of the guitar but below the 5th fret the quality of sound is horrible. I inspected the guitar and the neck is warped. If i play anything above the 5th fret I get great sound but I've been playing for ten years so I play a lot below the 5th fret.

Poor quality and poor craftsmanship. Amp didn't work. Guitar frets were pushed in. Piece of junk. I was very disappointed. However the guitar case was nice.

I bought the Estaban Masterclass Cutaway guitar package. Unfortunately, it doesn't hold it's tune. Also, after I put the 9 volt battery in and plugged into the amplifier, it didn't work. I tried twisting the plug and everything else, it just won't work, the only thing that works is the light on the guitar. The guitar also came with 2 D strings, the G string was a D string. I have never felt so ripped off in my entire life. When I saw it on TV, I went to the website that was listed on the infomercial. I thought I had to check off each item that I wanted, even though it was a package, just the way the site made it look. So the next thing I know, I am charged well over $200.00 on my credit card and I still have three payments of $49.95 a month to boot!! What would I want with 2 sets of identical DVDS???? I truly believe if Estaban knew what garbage they are pushing with his name on it, he would stop this. Time will tell, I am sure I am not the only one who feels scammed. Sincerly, Gary J. Palys
