i will agree with the last guy i got one for a Christmas gift and now it sits in my hall closet what a waste of money. I have a $5 ShaveMan from Wal-mart that does a much better job then this even the Shave Man beard and mustash trimmer works better and it's only $5 at Wal-Mart. In general most Bell&Howell products are junk now days cause they are made with using a 3rd rate china company that puts about 50 diff names on these products and trys to con us American comsumers. last but not least get a manual razor or a Shave Man

I agree with previous comments. My problem is that I cannot get the razor to "recharge". Sometimes it works, sometimes no...Never been able to get 7 days continuous use.

Bell and Howell should be arrested for selling this piece of crap. I paid for two, and got one that doesn't work, and the other is worthless. I will contact the better business bureau and the attorney general, because I belive the sale of this item violate consumer protection laws regarding misrepresentation of the quality of a product sold. Too bad I didn't catch this website before I made the mistake of believing the TV ad. If I could give a negative 10 stars, it would still be overrating it.

No bad for a cheaper rechargeable razor. Good for anyone for a first time electric razor to get use to. Not good for heavy beards. Need to shave and clean daily for best use.

I bought 4 of these about 5 years ago in 2004 Buy 1 get 1 free , wish I'd bought 10 of them.

I gave one to my father who hated all electric shavers and even he still uses his.Im just starting to have problems with them not holding a charge for over 3 days and they all still cut better than any norelco or phillip's I've ever had . I can`t hardly belive all the bad reviews I see on these site's But maybe I just got the good One's I bought them when they first came out On TV
