EURO PRO SHARK PROFESSIONAL SWEEPER

I love this product! It works just like it is shown on T.V. It is great for everyday use. It is also light weight so it is a good product if you have back problems. The sweeper is also easy to empty. You do have to cut out the hair from the brissles now and again but its worth it. Worth the money and an overall great product.

Terrible product and the TV infomercial is riddled with lies. Regarding the product... does not actually steam clothes at all, is worthless on cleaning the shower door, horrible for cleaning blinds, and it does nothing that could not be done just as well with a wet towel. Regarding the service... when I ordered on the phone, I was told that if I paid in full that I would be given priority shipping for free. Well, they charged me for priority shipping (an extra $10) and I only caught it because I looked at my bank account. Then it was horrible trying to get them to give that money back. The commercial mentions that "if after 30 days you do not like the product, you can return it and we will pay the shipping." Well, they do not pay the shipping at all and deceived me out of another $12. If that is not enough, nobody at the call center speaks English well and when they put you on hold you have to be tortured by listening to Kenny G! This has been a horrible experience, buyer beware!
