I got one at the mall a few years ago for my dad who had a Simons phone at the time with Cingular and it did nothing much to help the phone past maybe the first 2 days we got like 1 extra bar at best lol. TOTAL JUNK!!! don't waste your money besides now days most new cell phones pick up well enough if you do your research and get a company that works in your calling area as for Cingular it does well in the east and southern areas of the US and Verizon for most of the rest but like i said do your homework people cause this junk is not the answer

Being someone who worked on cell phones, I have seen quite a few of these. They are utter garbage. It would be cheaper to use care bear sticker instead you would get the same result. I feel sorry for the people who fell for this product.
